Ginger Onion Dressing

Ingredients

  • 2 stems of long onions, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • ΒΌ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar (optional)

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, combine all ingredients and stir well.
  • If the dressing is too sour, add sugar to adjust the acidity level.
