Line baking sheet with parchment paper and turn on the oven to 450°.
Anchovy, Olives and Fresh Tomato Pizza
Place sheet of Lavash bread on baking sheet and spread marinara sauce on the bread. Top with anchovy fillets, sliced tomatoes and olives and sprinkle quattro fromaggi.
Bake for 5-6 minutes or until cheese has completely melted. Garnish pizza with fresh basil leaves before serving.
Spicy Roast Beef Pizza
Place sheet of Lavash bread on baking sheet and spread marinara sauce evenly on the bread. Top with roast beef pieces, bell peppers, sliced onions and sprinkle jalapeno jack cheese.
Bake for 5-6 minutes or until cheese has completely melted. Garnish pizza with fresh parsley before serving.
Mushroom and Spinach Pesto Pizza
Heat small skillet over medium heat and add olive oil. Once olive oil starts to sizzle, add sliced mushrooms and lightly sauté for 2 minutes. Turn off heat and set mushrooms aside to cool.
Place sheet of Lavash bread on baking sheet and spread pesto sauce evenly on the bread. Top with spinach leaves, followed by mushrooms, goat cheese and sundried tomatoes.
Bake for 5-6 minutes.
Salami Pizza with Roasted Artichokes and Peppers
Place sheet of Lavash bread on baking sheet and spread marinara sauce evenly on the bread. Top with lightly folded salami, grilled artichokes, roasted peppers and sprinkle quattro fromaggi and fresh rosemary leaves.
Bake pizza for 5-6 minutes or until cheese is completely melted.
